Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and team productivity. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and optimizing workflow processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all inventory processes, including receiving shipments from suppliers, storing products, and fulfilling customer orders accurately.
- Ensure the accuracy of order fulfillment and the quality of products being delivered to customers.
- Direct inventory issuance to production work orders, ensuring timely and precise distribution.
- Coach, train, and counsel warehouse personnel on overall performance, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Define productivity expectations and efficiencies; monitor progress regularly to ensure goals are met.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for employee development and performance improvements.
- Create and evaluate operating procedures, and training programs for warehouse operations.
- Recommend, plan, and implement equipment needs to improve efficiency and achieve cost reductions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, audits, and conducting full physical inventories quarterly.
- Ensure safety and recommend maintenance improvements in the warehouse by conducting safety training, accident investigations, and equipment and facility inspections.
- Ensure all warehouse personnel are trained and certified in forklift operations.
- Investigate complaints involving damaged products, incorrect shipments, inventory discrepancies, delays in shipments, and product quality issues; implement necessary adjustments and improvements.
- Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 -5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/ distribution environment.
- 3- 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or related environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in NetSuite or similar inventory management system.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license with the ability to obtain and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management standards and practices.
- Proven ability to organize teams to work efficiently towards hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual goals.
Compensation:
Caerus Corp provides the following information about compensation for this position:
- Salary Range: $68,000– $75,000 per year.

The salary range is based on several factors which will vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include but not limited to education, work experience, scope and responsibilities of position and geographic location.
