Job Description:We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our marketing activities and day-to-day business operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, organization, and problem-solving in a dynamic, international environment.
Work model: flexible, hybrid with office in the center of Lisbon.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of the company’s digital marketing activities, including social media management and content creation.
Create engaging visual and written content for social media, presentations, and internal communications using tools like Canva and PowerPoint.
Assist with website updates, newsletters, and marketing materials to maintain a consistent brand image.
Provide administrative and office support, including managing documents, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and communication materials.
Support the management team with various personal assistant tasks such as calendar coordination, research, and logistics.
Contribute to improving internal processes and maintaining a positive, well-organized office environment.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn new tools and skills.
Compensation Structure: €1,400 to €1,700/month via invoicing (Service / B2B Agreement), depending on experience and seniority.
