Office Manager (Part-Time, 25h/week)
Tasks
- Oversee daily office management operations and act as the main contact point for the Operations Manager
- Manage suppliers, contracts, and office budget, ensuring cost efficiency and smooth logistics
- Handle administrative activities such as supplies, deliveries, invoices, and correspondence
- Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate office-related onboarding logistics
- Ensure a warm, safe, and organised work environment aligned with Reply’s culture
- Support implementation of health, safety, and sustainability measures within the office
- Coordinate reception activities and provide visitors with a professional and welcoming experience
