Office Manager (Part-Time, 25h/week)

 

Tasks

 

  • Oversee daily office management operations and act as the main contact point for the Operations Manager
  • Manage suppliers, contracts, and office budget, ensuring cost efficiency and smooth logistics
  • Handle administrative activities such as supplies, deliveries, invoices, and correspondence
  • Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate office-related onboarding logistics
  • Ensure a warm, safe, and organised work environment aligned with Reply’s culture
  • Support implementation of health, safety, and sustainability measures within the office
  • Coordinate reception activities and provide visitors with a professional and welcoming experience

  • Fluency in French and English; any additional language is a plus
