APRA AMCOS is a member-owned music rights management organisation, positioned at the intersection of music, data and technology. We have more than 124,000 members who are songwriters, composers and music publishers. We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record our members’ music, and we distribute the royalties to our members.

   

The objective of the Administration Coordinator role is to provide administrative support to the business across facilities and services management.

 


The role is based in our Ultimo office, which is on Gadigal land. 
 



 

As an Administration Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

 


  • General administrative functions and provides ad-hoc support to Finance and Administration Division Leadership.  
  • Coordinating workflow items for outsourced facilities support.  
  • Coordinating the Administration’s workflow via APRA’s internal ticketing system.  
  • Assist with vendor contract management including review.  
  • Coordinate all inhouse events with event planners, Business and Services Delivery, and outsourced facilities support.    


 

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

 


  • Previous experience in general office administration  
  • An intermediate level working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
