Overview:

Customer Services & Support Field Manager will be responsible for ensuring the field teams are scheduled, briefed, and provided with necessary parts and tools. 

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure field teams have all essential information to fulfill customer's request 
  • Develop processes as needed
  • Manages team members in the performance of their duties
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: 

  • 5 years' experience as an Engineer in manufacturing or field work environment. 

Education: 

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 5 years' experience in technical position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or similar experience

Skills & Knowledge: 

  • Microsoft Office Tools 
  • AutoCAD or Solid Works 
  • Organizational Skills 
  • Complex problem solving 
  • Verbal and Written Communication
