Customer Services & Support Field Manager will be responsible for ensuring the field teams are scheduled, briefed, and provided with necessary parts and tools.
Responsibilities:- Ensure field teams have all essential information to fulfill customer's request
- Develop processes as needed
- Manages team members in the performance of their duties
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years' experience as an Engineer in manufacturing or field work environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 5 years' experience in technical position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or similar experience
Skills & Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office Tools
- AutoCAD or Solid Works
- Organizational Skills
- Complex problem solving
- Verbal and Written Communication
