Position Summary

As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will support the Accounts Receivable team by managing invoicing and billing activities for large multi-national clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with both internal teams and external client accounts payable contacts. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet both daily and strategic objectives in a fast-paced work environment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

All functions, duties, or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, and performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures.

  • Generate client invoices and spreadsheets for submission

  • Obtain approvals from Account Management as needed

  • Cross-reference data across multiple billing platforms

  • Research and resolve client billing issues and discrepancies

  • Collaborate with Account Management to resolve invoicing concerns

  • Assist in managing Accounts Receivable aging and collections

  • Prepare invoices based on client-specific billing periods

  • Use tools such as Sage Intacct, Coupa, Ariba, and proprietary software (GFX)

  • Support ad-hoc needs of the Accounts Receivable department

  • Act as a liaison between clients and operations teams

  • Respond to and prioritize email communications in a timely manner

  • Other duties as assigned by management


Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable highly desired

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Comfortable learning and using new software platforms
