The Project Pursuit role will oversee projects from quotation through to shipment, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations. The Project Pursuit role is a key contact between our sales team and external customers. This role requires a proactive approach to identify quote opportunities, develop and implement quote strategies, leverage the ASC product portfolio and manage client relationships for successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage all aspects of sales projects, from initial planning to execution and final delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and enhance product offerings and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring clear communication of product value.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the customer on the project status.
  • Work within D365 to effectively communicate all aspects of the project opportunity.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Prior experience and ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity, customer focused environment
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of ASC’s products and customer base or 3-5 years of prior project related experience in a customer service/sales support role.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task/prioritize based on urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and effectively problem-solve.
