Part-Time Limited
Shift: 7:00PM-7:00AM (Night Shift), Every Other Sunday Only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Supervision: Lead by example and inspire your team to uphold the philosophy and standards of Ginger Cove.
• Resident Care Oversight: Conduct rounds every two hours to ensure all residents’ needs are met with the highest standard of care.
• Team Collaboration: Assess nursing priorities, communicate with staff, and ensure a seamless and efficient unit performance.
• Medication & Treatment Oversight: Safeguard the effective and safe administration of medications and treatments for residents.
• Staff & Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate nursing care and staff performance, providing guidance and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA and privacy standards.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN Preferred.
• Current RN License in the state of Maryland.
• American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination (AANAC) certification required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Experience working with senior communities and Alzheimer’s or dementia care.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
