We are currently seeking two (2) Enrollment Specialists to join our team in our Raleigh, NC corporate office. This is a full-time position.
As an Enrollment Specialist, you will complete, review, monitor, and ensure all family/child eligibility and enrollment records in ChildPlus are accurate, completed, and uploaded within a timeline.
Essential Functions:
Ensure the accurate and timely entry of program data in compliance with ERSEA regulations.
Contact the families and center staff, as requested, to complete the necessary details of the family/child eligibility and enrollment records.
Monitoring ChildPlus data entry for completeness, accuracy and timeliness to ensure continuity of services.
Maintain a record of family/child files that have been completed and monitored to obtain an accurate record of ERSEA monitoring verification.
Maintain a record of monitoring findings and corrections.
Provide weekly status reports to the Director of Enrollment (including Record-Keeping and Reporting).
Education and Experience:
Accepted: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of five years’ experience working with database management information systems.
Preferred: Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field, and two years’ experience working with ERSEA or two years’ experience working with database management/ information systems or a combination of ERSEA and database management/information systems. ERSEA Certification.
Good verbal and written communication abilities and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Analyzing, organizing, filing, and distributing information effectively, and be able to work on multiple deadlines.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
