It has been funded by a majority acquisition from the global private equity firm Warburg Pincus in August 2024, with the promoters retaining a significant minority stake and continuing to be involved in the company. Warburg Pincus's investment is aimed at capturing the growth in India's furniture fittings and architectural hardware market. 

They are hiring an Digital Leader who is responsible for overseeing digital transformation initiatives, managing IT

solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of technology within an organization. 

Job Responsibilities 

 Lead digital transformation projects and IT strategy implementation. 

o Explore, evaluate, and onboard digital technologies that align with business strategy and operational goals.  

o Plan and execute the rollout of these technologies with internal teams and external partners, ensuring adoption and scalability. 

 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align IT solutions. 

 Oversee the development and deployment of digital platforms and applications. 

 Ensure cybersecurity and data integrity in digital solutions. 

 Manage IT teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship. 

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. 

 Optimize IT infrastructure for efficiency and scalability. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

 Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 

 Worked on implementing DMS or CRM system. 

 Worked on App developments 

 Strong leadership and project management skills. 

 Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital platforms. 

 Experience in Agile methodologies and IT governance. 

 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
