OVERVIEW: Responsible for maintenance of the company’s multi-site IT infrastructure, including servers, networking components, workstations, and helpdesk support. Applicants must be self-motivated with a desire to drive improvements and efficiencies into the existing IT environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shared responsibility for availability and stability of all server and network infrastructure
- Deploy new hardware and software on servers and workstations
- Test, update, and migrate data for various upgrade projects
- Suggest and implement IT-related process improvements and security enhancements
- Manage updates to servers, workstations, and IT managed equipment (cameras, network, etc.)
- Manage system backups and environmental changes, including online services
- Assist in the support of audio and video presentation equipment for all branches
- Provide end user support for hardware and software issues
- Provide phone support to company employees as needed
- Administration of Windows Server (AD-DS, DNS, IIS, DFS)
- Administration of Microsoft 365 and other cloud services
- PC setup and testing, including automation setup and maintenance
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 2-year degree from a Computer Tech College or job-related equivalent experience
- 10+ years direct experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, including server roles and common 3rd party software
- Experience with Microsoft 365 management (AD Sync, Intune, SharePoint, Defender)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (licensing, user setup, MFA)
- Working knowledge of Cisco/Fortinet/Extreme networking equipment including switches, gateways, access points, and security services
- Strong base understanding of core computer networking, including standard protocols, VPNs, and routing
- Microsoft SQL management, Microsoft SharePoint experience a plus
- Must have a positive mental attitude
- Cooperate with colleagues of other departments
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, energetic, friendly and outgoing
- Good organizational skills and very detail-oriented
- Willing to travel to all branch locations, including Canada
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
