Crowley Webb is looking for an account coordinator to support the account service team in managing agency projects on behalf of our clients and collaborating with other departments. Although a lot of time will be spent on the administration side of our accounts, this is a stepping-stone to many duties of an account executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, timelines, and other client communications and correspondence
Participate in client meetings and conference calls
Communicate with clients on an as-needed basis in a professional, efficient manner
Attend to the needs of the account service team and continually seek ways to add value to the client/agency relationship
Process internal job open forms, job change forms, and other information requests
Follow up and maintain current work in progress across various agency departments
Research and develop an understanding of agency clients and their industries
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing, or comparable work experience in a relevant field
- One year of work experience within an agency setting or completion of a relevant internship preferred
- Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) data protection regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and commitment to confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt to, and effectively utilize new AI-powered tools, platforms, and methodologies as they emerge
Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
Ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage timelines and deadlines

Salary range: $38,000–$48,000 annually
