Location: Phoenix, AZ

Shift: Monday – Friday

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and order fulfillment activities.
  • Manage and direct warehouse staff and temp employees, consolidating their reports and ensuring performance aligns with operational goals.
  • Supervise inbound and outbound workflows such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and control inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
  • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance, safety, and productivity standards.
  • Collect and consolidate daily operational reports from staff and provide comprehensive performance updates to the team manager. 
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve operational issues and maintain strong service levels.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, improve order accuracy, and reduce costs.
  • Uphold all safety and compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with proven leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and last-mile delivery operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee warehouse teams, including staff supervision, reporting, and performance management.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to generate detailed reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

 

The base pay range for this role starts from $75,000 per Salary, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
