Datadog is seeking a Principal Field Marketing Manager to drive growth in our most strategic accounts across the EMEA region. This role is pivotal to driving pipeline and business growth through a combination of in-person events, virtual programs, executive engagement, and ABM tactics. This role reports into the Sr. Director, EMEA Marketing, and will work closely with the Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales for Named Accounts, both based in London.

What You’ll Do:
Field Marketing
- Utilise your strategic mindset to build, own, and execute a strategy that focuses on pipeline development and account growth for the EMEA Named Account business.
- Plan, execute, and manage in-person and virtual events to engage key decision makers and influencers within our most strategic target accounts.
- Work with cross-functional market partners to develop innovative account-based marketing programs to target key personas with customized messaging.
Sales Collaboration & Enablement
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, market positioning, competition, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and most strategic customers in EMEA.
- Act as the liaison between the Named Account sales teams and the broader marketing organization, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and improve demand generation effectiveness.
Strategy & Reporting
- Develop and execute strategic plans with clear KPIs, forecasts, workflows, and enablement frameworks to meet demand generation and pipeline objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and report findings to key stakeholders.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams across ABM & Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Sponsored Events and Product Marketing to customise global content, optimise messaging, and enhance the reach and effectiveness of our global marketing programs towards the Named Accounts business.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
- Advocate for the Named Account business with global teams and programs to ensure the unique needs of this segment are taken into account in messaging, program, and KPI development.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of relevant field marketing / ABM experience in B2B SaaS marketing to the enterprise.
- Solution-oriented, highly motivated and proactive self-starter who works well as both team manager and individual contributor.
- Stellar communication and relationship building skills that help you connect with a range of people, from entry-level employees to the C-suite.
- Apply a growth mindset towards our business, function and your development.
- Thrive on data and engage with systems to collect, analyse and share data relative to your programs for pipeline planning.
- Outstanding organisational skills, ability to follow through, and capable of meeting deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills in English, additional language skills a plus.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Google Suite, project management and sales enablement workflows.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
