Key Responsibilities

We are expanding our experienced and friendly Technology, Innovation & Change team at Judge & Priestley. As the firm grows, we’re building a stronger team to support our colleagues with the tools and technology they rely on every day.
 
We are looking for a enthusiastic and experienced Modern Workplace Analyst who wants to be more than “just IT support.” Someone curious, resourceful, and people-focused: ready to solve problems, simplify tech, and keep the business moving.
 
This is not a traditional 1st line role, even if at its core it’s part of IT support. You’ll still reset passwords and unlock accounts, but you’ll also help us design better processes, write helpful guides, and spot patterns before they become problems. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) of TIC, helping our colleagues get the most from their tech.
 
We are reshaping how Technology is seen, not just as a support team, but as a partner to the business. You will get exposure to modern cloud tech, not just legacy systems and you will be part of the journey to become a cloud native organisation. You will also have room to grow into more senior roles or specialisms.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience:

  • Some experience in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk work.
  • Comfort working within an ITIL framework (incident, request, change, problem).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 desktops.
  • Experience with Freshservice (or another ITSM platform). - Desirable
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory basics. - Desirable
  • Previous work in a professional services or law firm setting. - Desirable
 
Knowledge:

  • You can explain tech in plain English so that colleagues feel supported, not overwhelmed.
  • You notice when something could be done better and suggest improvements.
  • You have a positive attitude with automation.

Pension

We have a minimum of 25 days across the firm and you will receive an additional day’s holiday after every completed year of service to a total maximum of 30 days. You are also able to carry over up top 5 days of unused holiday entitlement. 
Birthday off
If your birthday falls on a working day, you can have that day off as an extra day’s leave.

Death in Service Insurance
