What you'll do:

  • Conduct webinars and personalized meetings, showcasing product value and strengthening prospect and client relationships as part of the sales organization.
  • Conduct prospective client discovery calls and/or demos with Account Executives.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the life sciences industry and the specific challenges quality leaders face.
  • Understand, design, and build custom configurations within the application for proof of concept. Ability to dissect clients existing process and replicate it in the application (i.e. SOP).
  • Strategize with the sales team to create and maintain a realistic demo environment fit for different use cases by market segment and industry.
  • Support the sales team with technical inquiries.
  • Create and maintain a repository of email templates, screenshots, or videos to be used by the sales team as touch points throughout the sales process or follow ups on common product questions.
  • Support or deliver training to the sales team on new development releases in coordination with sales leaders or product as needed.
  • Work with the sales team to price the appropriate complexity level and develop the Scope of Work. Engages Implementation on an as needed basis.
  • Identify potential product gaps and provides detailed feedback on potential solutions or areas of opportunity to key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Product/Development.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-5 years experience in a software solutions consultant/engineer role.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in life sciences required, preferred experience with quality management products.
  • SaaS experience required.
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and highly organized, serving as a reliable partner to our Account Executives.
  • Must have a quiet, professional environment with reliable high-speed internet to support virtual client meetings and webinars.
  • Local candidates (no more than 60 minutes by car or public transit) must be able to work out of our Ardmore, PA office 2-3x per week. East Coast candidates must be able to come to our Ardmore, PA based office 1-2x per month. For candidates outside these areas, travel requirements will be determined prior to an offer.
  • Additional travel is required for quarterly team events, tradeshows, and conferences as applicable.
