This is a full-time position working standard business hours (8:00am-4;30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday).
The Annual Fund Manager is responsible for:
Leading all aspects of donor engagement for the Annual Fund, including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors, to secure philanthropic support for the mission of Saint Therese. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fund development, with a demonstrated ability to increase donor retention, expand the donor base, and grow the average size of individual gifts. Success in this role will require building strong relationships with donors, crafting compelling giving opportunities, and developing and implementing strategies that foster sustained, long-term donor commitment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: Three - Five years applicable advancement and fundraising in a non-profit corporate setting or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.

- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Experience writing appeal letters.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, think critically, and problem solve.
- Collaborative, team-oriented work style, and proven ability to work with fundraising staff and volunteers.

- Ability to think strategically and is goal oriented.
- Strong time management skills and ability to balance and meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to meet performance and team fundraising goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills required.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000/annually depending on experience.
