Application Analyst and Developer, Principal (Multiple Positions) – Group Health, Inc. dba HealthPartners (Bloomington, MN). Work within a Product Team including functional and technical resources to prioritize and plan work; software development and deployment by assessing, designing, building and deploying new application functionality; perform full unit testing, partner in system and end-user test planning; analyze functional and technical requirements for changes or enhancements and prepare system designs and specifications; diagnose system failures, correct issues, and assess the issue to recommend actions to prevent re-occurrence; define technical specifications based on business requirements, consult with Business Partners regarding technical possibilities and limitations; identify need for and recommend standard processes, procedures, and best practices; provide training, professional support and mentoring to Application Developers and other Analysts; and, support Oracle ERP upgrades (Legislative, Quarterly, CWB) working with functional team to understand changes and assist in testing and determining if any technical changes are needed.
Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or closely related technical field plus 8 years demonstrated proficiency with: technical developer experience supporting, maintaining, and developing in finance (FIN) and supply chain (SCS) modules of Oracle Cloud ERP, including development of integrations using OIC, BIP, REST API, and SOAP; technical developer analysis, technical design experience, coding, testing, and implementing program changes and utilization of SQL and data migration patterns within the FIN and SCS modules of Oracle Cloud ERP; providing technical support on vended applications, including Oracle ERP. Reqs. 5 years demonstrated proficiency utilizing SoapUI, XML, and JSON. May permit telecommuting. $123,739-$158,475/year.
