This individual will serve as the direct data partner to KKR’s Client Operations function, ensuring that data powering client onboarding, client inquiries, and ongoing servicing is accurate, timely, and supported by scalable solutions.
The VP will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on problem-solver, responsible for designing and executing solutions that transform client servicing workflows, while also overseeing strong data management practices — reconciliation, quality, lineage, and controls — to ensure transparency and reliability.

- Drive process improvement by standardizing and streamlining data across multiple client servicing workflows to reduce manual effort and improve responsiveness
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor client servicing data quality, timeliness, and operational efficiency
- Provide subject matter expertise on client servicing processes, bridging operational requirements and technical execution
- Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering accountability, innovation, and excellence in data delivery
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong familiarity with client servicing organizations, particularly client onboarding, client inquiries, and account management workflows
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, working in partnership with Technology teams on integration and workflow alignment
- Deep technical expertise with Snowflake (or equivalent cloud data warehouse), APIs, and workflow automation tools
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data solutions to support operational and client servicing needs
- Strong grounding in data management practices — reconciliation, lineage, and quality — integrated into business solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and solution-design skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into robust data solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders and collaborate across Operations, Technology, and business teams
- Strong cultural fit – teamwork, results-oriented, proactive/self-starter, and high integrity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in asset management client servicing or similar investor/client-facing operational functions
- Background in alternative investments or multi-asset class environments
- Exposure to enterprise data governance and strategy frameworks
