Full Time Dental Patient and Treatment Coordinator Schedule
Monday and Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday 7:15am - 4:30pm
Friday 7:15am - 2:30pm (1-2 Fridays Per Month)

- Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
- Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
- Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
- Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
- Presenting treatment plans
- Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
- Appointment scheduling
- Requesting records
- Patient follow ups
- Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
- High school diploma required
- 2 or more years dental front office experience required
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Dentrix PMS Experience is a must and Denticon PMS Experience is a plus!
- Must have a proven track record of presenting treatment plans and gaining case acceptance by securing appointments and payment for services.
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor and able to resolve conflict
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Energetic team player with a positive outlook on serving the needs of our patients and the business
