We are looking for:

The Physician Sourcer will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top physician talent to support CLS Health’s growth. This individual will focus on building strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, relationship management, and market research. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, the Physician Sourcer ensures a positive candidate experience while representing CLS Health’s values and culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with physician recruiters and hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, specialty requirements, and position qualifications.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive physician candidates.
  • Use various tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, PracticeMatch database, medical associations, referrals, etc.) to build and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Screen potential candidates for basic qualifications, availability, and interest before presenting to Physician Recruiter 
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct market research to understand physician supply trends, competitor hiring, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns, job postings, and physician networking events.
  • Build relationships with medical schools, residency and fellowship programs, and professional associations to support long-term recruitment goals.
  • Represent CLS Health in a professional manner while promoting the organization’s culture, mission, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sourcing, physician recruitment, or talent acquisition (required).
  • Strong knowledge of physician specialties and healthcare recruiting platforms.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Doximity, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
