We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Ticket Manager to join our Arena Events team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of Arena Concert/Event Ticketing for Mortgage Matchup Center and Player 15 Group while playing a key role in broader department initiatives. Preferred candidate should have knowledge of Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, TM1 and MS Office with the willingness to learn and retain new skills as needed in the ticket office environment. Candidate will require the ability to work under the pressure of constant deadlines and must be able to adapt to the demands of a fast-paced business and consumer environment. Candidate must also be available to work nights, weekends, holidays and be prepared to work long days as needed.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Event creation on various ticketing platforms (TM Host, Archtics, TM1)
  • Managing numerous events during their respective on sale periods
  • Computer input, processing ticket orders, account consignments, etc
  • Supervising part time staff on event day and assist with guest and ticket related issues
  • Prepare audits and other reports requested during on-sale period or settlement
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

What We Need from Our Assistant Ticket Manager:

  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, TM1 and CRM
  • Adapt to deadline changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management aptitudes
  • Strong written and verbal communication and listening aptitudes
  • Willingness to learn and retain new proficiencies

Experience/ Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • + 3 years of related ticket office experience

  • Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
  • This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%

  • Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
