Schedule: Full-Time | Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hiring Range: $22.50 - $26.00 per hour

We are looking for a professional Billing Specialist to join our Patient Accounts team! As a Billing Specialist, you play a vital role in making healthcare accessible. What You’ll Do:
As a Billing Specialist, you're more than just detail-oriented — you’re part of ensuring that patients can focus on their health while you handle the paperwork with accuracy, compassion, and respect for the people we serve.
- Making sure patient billing and insurance claims are accurate and timely
- Processing payments with care and precision
- Working closely with coworkers to ensure smooth communication and teamwork
- Protecting confidentiality and following HIPAA standards
- Bringing cultural sensitivity and respect to every interaction
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year recent medical billing experience -OR- completion of a medical billing program and externship
- Comfortable working with electronic health record systems
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and caring in your approach to work
- Strong typing skills and computer program knowledge (Word, Outlook, etc.)
