PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and organize load sheets for daily deliveries and communicate regularly with shipping.
  • Print and separate build paperwork properly based on priority and production type. 
  • Disperse any date changes and rush or expedite requests to the production floor and follow up as needed. 
  • Assist with requests or issues that arise from the production floor and shipping department where required.
  • Track back orders, update notes and communicate accordingly to relay issues and get updated information.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper RMA processing.
  • Check emails and Microsoft Teams for messages, date changes, and cancellations. Update NetSuite notes and paperwork accordingly. 
  • Collect and submit all signed load sheets from the previous day’s deliveries, invoice for billing, scan packing slips and save appropriately to the server.
  • Assist in helping to process any UPS shipping from facility.
  • Communicate with drivers and customers on deliveries, RMAs, and customer pickups.
  • Crosstrain in other office positions to support overall efficiency and job fluidity. 
  • Assist with route management by reviewing the next day’s deliveries and ensuring route profitability.
  • Communicate with leadership and other departments as necessary.

  • Ability to use standard office equipment to include computers, phones, scanners, copiers, etc.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time with short periods of standing and walking.
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED: 

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and established procedures.
  • Ability to investigate issues and use critical thinking skills to resolve problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. 
  • Familiar with Oracle NetSuite operating systems, or similar software.


WORKING CONDITIONS:


This position requires extended periods of sitting. Works primarily indoors but not limited. Exposure to possible glass break when in the distribution and manufacturing areas. PPE required when in manufacturing areas.
