The ServiceNow HRSD Administrator will perform software application configuration, development and implementation on one or more computing platforms, with a primary focus on Burns & McDonnell’s ServiceNow instance. This role will provide analysis of potential solutions and develop recommendations.
- Support the design, build and implementation of enhancements in the HR Service Deliver Module (HRSD).
- Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Document system processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure system compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Research and design solutions based on customer requirements.
- Maintain programming, documentation, development, and project methodology standards.
- Perform testing and debug programs throughout the application development process.
- Serve as Technical expert of the HR ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain code quality.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize system functionality and workflows.
- Stay current with HR technology trends and best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering or related field and 4 years required.
- Agile Development experience preferred.
- Experience with the HRSD module of ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge in programming languages and coding principles and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PPT).
- Ability to obtain applicable certifications.
