Description

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of business applications using Microsoft's Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). This role partners with stakeholders across the enterprise to automate processes, integrate systems, and deliver intuitive low-code/no-code solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and development of scalable Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. 
  • Design integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third‑party systems. 
  • Implement environment strategies, DLP policies, governance, and ALM pipelines. 
  • Build user-friendly applications and automate complex business processes. 
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI. 
  • Utilize Azure DevOps and Git for source control, versioning, and CI/CD. 
  • Mentor junior developers and citizen developers on best practices. 
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor Power Platform applications across environments. 

    • Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform at an enterprise level. 
  • Expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. 
  • Strong integration experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services. 
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, custom connectors, and data modeling. 
  • Experience with ALM, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance. 
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. 

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect or Developer certifications. 
  • Experience in MSP or multi-tenant environments. 
  • Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or .NET. 
  • Familiarity with RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
