Job Description:The Sales Planning team (Global Publishing) is responsible for maximizing Ubisoft games’ revenues by building the best possible offers for our digital partners (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Store…), while maintaining a consumer-centric approach.
At the core of this mission, SKU (Shopping Key Units) Planning plays a key role: structuring and coordinating the different editions and products (Standard, Deluxe, Gold, Ultimate, etc.) to ensure consistency and smooth integration across all stores.
Under the supervision of a Program Manager – SKU Planning, you will support the team and actively contribute to the creation and updating of game edition plans. This internship will provide you with a transversal and strategic vision of Ubisoft’s offers, while developing your analytical and organizational skills.
Tools & coordination support – 50%
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the SKU Plan Library, the central database of edition plans
- Support the team in setting up and improving tracking tools
- Participate in the implementation of SKU Plans in Ubisoft’s back-office tool, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ensure proper circulation and updates of information across global and local teams
Market benchmarking & analysis – 40%
- Conduct competitive research and monitoring on editions, content, and pricing strategies of other publishers
- Help build structured comparison tables (pricing, content, positioning)
- Assist in producing clear and visual summaries to support decision-making
Offer design & structuring support – 10%
- Support the team in creating SKU Plans for new Ubisoft titles (defining editions, additional content, pre-order bonuses, etc.)
- Contribute to updating SKU Planning guidelines based on market trends and player needs
- Assist in preparing strategic recommendations for future offers
- You are a student and ideally have prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management
- You are a true team player, able to manage priorities and work on several projects simultaneously
- You are both rigorous, organized, and creative, with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- You are an active gamer and closely follow the video game market and industry news

Recruitment process
If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to schedule a phone exchange in order to determine if the job description matches your profile, but also what you are looking for.
If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.
Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.

A lot of our employees are not huge fans of video games. At Ubisoft, we are looking for people who are passionate about their specialties, their jobs or entertainment in general.
What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft?
From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!
Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.
A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
What is Ubisoft’s work policy?
We embrace a hybrid work model helping you stay connected with your team and aligned with business priorities, while giving you the opportunity to maintain your work-life balance. Note that some roles are fully office-based and are not eligible for hybrid work.
Under our hybrid working model, you will work three days a week at our offices and will be able to work from home up to two days a week.
