Position Summary & Location
The Senior Full Stack Engineer is critical for the Atrius organization. In this role, you will be developing software for various portions of the Atrius Energy and Sustainability Applications, focusing on backend development and integration engineering. While your primary focus will be building backend systems that connect to third-party systems, you will contribute to basic UI efforts, as needed. The tech stack is Python Django with React. In this role, you will apply your unique combination of technical system design and software engineering skills to customer-facing products and services. While doing so, you will work with a broad array of technology and business experts to leave a lasting impact on our customers’ sustainability and business intelligence initiatives.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
5+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years specific to backend development, is required.
A strong proficiency in Python is required.
Experience developing applications and deploying operating solutions on Microsoft's Azure cloud platform.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated understanding of web development principles, including accessibility, security, and performance optimization.
Experience with CI / CD pipelines, tools, and frameworks.
Experience with HTTP/S, Networking, APIs, and JSON data structures.
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit tests.
Ability to learn on the job and explore modern technologies with little supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Django is highly preferred.
Experience with RESTful APIs, including high-performance client implementations, is preferred.
Experience with .NET is preferred.
Good knowledge of scripting languages is preferred.
Experience working with IoT networks is preferred.
The range for this position is $120,800.00 to $217,400.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
