About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced International Sales Manager to join our Export team and contribute towards our exciting growth plans. This role will work with the Export team to deliver the international strategy and business ambition by providing best in class support to our network of distributors. The role will focus on growing sales through existing channels and account management (80%) and new business development (20%).

DASH Water is a distributor led business, and we exclusively work with our distribution partners in different markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Independently manage existing international accounts with full P&L responsibility

• Build annual sales targets and negotiate trade spend with the distribution partners

• Negotiate and agree JBPs for each of your account

• Identify growth opportunities (existing and new channels) and build plan in collaboration with the distribution partners to go after them.

• Ensure commercial decisions are in line with DASH margin targets

• Build Trade Marketing plans & execute in each of your markets in collaboration with the local distributors

• With the support of the DASH Marketing team build local Consumer Marketing activities including PR and influencers campaigns  (applies to some focus markets)

• International travel to key accounts & attending trade shows where necessary

• Adhoc projects and some admin work as per business and team requirements.

Internally the role has the following additional responsibilities:

• Building MY and yearly forecast and budget for the dedicated markets

• Own full P&L for the accounts managed

• Build international value chain and present P&L back to the business for key commercial decisions

• Contribute positively as a leader for the business beyond the role functions (such as supporting other functions of the business including Sustainability, Marketing, Operations departments).

Requirements

• An engaging, self driven and results focused approach

• Good Commercial awareness is essential for this role

• A natural relationship builder, collaborative and sense of the wider team

• Growth brand mindset, always seeking to maximise opportunities while managing the business margin expectations.

• Flexible approach – priorities can change as evolving in a fast-moving environment

• Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience with managing and coordinating international markets, preferably European distributor led model in F&D

Confident user of Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
