At Hansen, we power the world’s leading telecom and media providers with innovative OSS and BSS solutions. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a pivotal role in fueling our growth by generating qualified leads, engaging top telecom prospects, and creating the opportunities that drive revenue. This is your chance to sit at the intersection of sales and marketing, helping us reach operators, MVNOs, broadband providers, and pay-media companies worldwide. Your efforts directly accelerate sales cycles and expand Hansen’s global market presence.

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and phone outreach.
  • Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers in telecom and media organizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored outreach materials and support campaign execution.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery calls for senior sales executives.
  • Represent Hansen at industry events and conferences, engaging directly with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness.

 

 What You Bring

  • Up to 3 years of experience, including internships, in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging executives.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in prospecting and follow-up.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B sales processes and telecom terminology.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools. 

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Hammersmith office.

  • Experience in telecom, technology, or SaaS sales environments.
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach automation tools.
  • Exposure to trade shows or industry events in a sales/marketing capacity.
  • Curiosity about telecom market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Multilingual skills for engaging prospects across diverse regions.
