About Us

Ideally, We're looking for a BDM with asbestos experience, we're also open to a candidate with some environmental sales experience. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete a 4-week onboarding programme to gain a deep understanding of our services, value proposition and commercial strategy
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound sales calls and outreach
  • Re-engage lapsed or dormant accounts to unlock further commercial potential
  • Maintain and update our CRM system (HubSpot) with accurate sales activity and pipeline progress
  • Collaborate with technical colleagues to develop proposals, specifications and pricing
  • Lead client negotiations to close deals and secure long-term relationships
  • Consistently work to meet and exceed agreed sales targets

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We’re looking for a motivated and engaging professional with the following experience and attributes:
  • Demonstrable success in B2B consultative sales, ideally within a service-led industry
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and face-to-face
  • Proactive and self-starting approach, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
