Ideally, We're looking for a BDM with asbestos experience, we're also open to a candidate with some environmental sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a 4-week onboarding programme to gain a deep understanding of our services, value proposition and commercial strategy
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound sales calls and outreach
- Re-engage lapsed or dormant accounts to unlock further commercial potential
- Maintain and update our CRM system (HubSpot) with accurate sales activity and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with technical colleagues to develop proposals, specifications and pricing
- Lead client negotiations to close deals and secure long-term relationships
- Consistently work to meet and exceed agreed sales targets
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Demonstrable success in B2B consultative sales, ideally within a service-led industry
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and face-to-face
- Proactive and self-starting approach, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
