Role Objective
We’re looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This isn’t just a call center role — this is mission-driven sales work that connects immigrant families with the legal help they need to build brighter, safer futures.
You’ll guide individuals and families toward life-changing legal solutions through empathy, active listening, and consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct thorough client needs assessments to identify how our services can help.
- Convert qualified leads into consultations through a consultative, trust-building approach.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales conversions and call metrics.
- Navigate sensitive conversations with cultural awareness, discretion, and compassion.
- Maintain accurate and timely notes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the client journey and sales strategy.
- Go the extra mile to engage and support clients who need hope and clarity.

- Bilingual Fluency – Spanish and English, native or near-native proficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of successful sales experience (preferably service-based).
- Strong customer service background with excellent phone communication skills.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Ability to work evenings/weekends if client demand requires.
- Reliable home office setup (computer, headset, camera, internet).
Preferred Background:
- Experience in legal services, healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
- Prior work in high-volume phone-based environments (call centers, intake teams).
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Compensation
2,500,000 - 3,500,000 COP (Colombian pesos) monthly plus performance incentives and bonuses.
