Position Summary:

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety in your work? In this role, you’ll coordinate within our unit to support sales and marketing events, assist with lab reporting and process needs, and keep unit operations running smoothly. You’ll help deliver great experiences for customers and employees alike while ensuring key tasks and processes stay on track. Some of the work that you will do: 

  • Coordinate large-scale sales and marketing events such as Rep Summit, Sales Symposium, VIP events, trade shows, and user group meetings.
  • Support local and smaller-scale meetings and events, including customer visits, partner/licensee meetings, and team lunches.
  • Create and maintain bookings and forecast reports, as well as manage sales dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Provide meeting support through agendas, note-taking, action item follow-up, and presentation coordination.
  • Assist with lab and process activities such as formatting and reviewing lab reports, order entry, and supply purchasing/inventory.
  • Contribute to department and unit culture by coordinating birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and team celebrations, along with customer/partner gifts and recognition.
  • Provide travel support and coordination, manage expense reports and P-card processes.
  • Support administrative functions, including backing up the front desk, managing employee schedules and contact lists, and maintaining meeting and travel calendars.

 

Here are the skills that you need: 

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education
  • One or more years of relevant work experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines in an efficient and effective manner 

 

Here are the skills that will set you apart:

  • Relevant post-high school training, certification, coursework, or 2 year associates  
  • Experience coordinating and/or managing projects
  • Experience preparing for and/or running events
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, Sharepoint and/or Business Central
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, CRM and CLM software tools
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to listen and integrate what is said into final product 
  • Knowledge of or experience with engineering firms or concepts

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work at a computer workstation and use a phone for extended periods
  • Regularly required to move about the office and interact with team members
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
