Job title: Business Intelligence Analyst

 

Job Location: 8601 Six Forks Rd., Raleigh, NC 27615. Employer will allow a remote/in-office hybrid work schedule.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related.

 

Job duties: Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Build up-to-date and forward-looking intelligence on the wholistic agriculture market, specifically with expertise within the crop protection market and relationship dynamic from suppliers, distributors, retailers, and growers , including short, mid, and long-market dynamics with implications to the business and actionable insights. Perform systematic competitive price monitoring and analysis to gain a better understanding of company price position in the market and recommend optimal price points. Building a cross-functional network between operations, procurement, logistics, regulatory, marketing, and sales. Formulate strategies and design processes to systematically gather global trends on crop protection inputs to provide tactical and strategic insights on impacts to local customer and technology changes to provide timely recommendations to progress profitable business growth.

 

Requirements: 8 years of experience with market intelligence and strategic planning in the Agricultural Chemistry (AgChem) sector in the U.S. /similar global markets.

 

Requires skills and experience to include:

· Expert knowledge with Agricultural Chemistry (AgChem) including agricultural processes, chemical applications, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.

· Proficiency with intelligence on the crop protection market and competitors, including market dynamics outlook with implications.

· Familiarity supporting Merger & Acquisitions and Divestments & Acquisitions initiatives and with detailed market and financial analysis.

· Experience developing appropriate tools to support the business

· Ability to take complex data into actionable insights to various stakeholders, ranging from C-Level executives to sales teams to growers.

· Strong presentation skills with experience in high-level leadership meetings.

· Mastery expertise with the following analytics tools, including but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SalesForce.

· Proficiency navigating the following third-party vendors research-based databases, iMAP, EZTrak, FarmTrak, S&PGlobal, AgbioInvestor, and Imports data.

Minimum Salary: $153,566
