Supports the delivery of promotions by setting up offers in the promotion engine, updating website content, coordinating publishing schedules, and ensuring promotional information is accurate and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing national online events, including creating event-related content for onsite assets
- Set up promotional codes and offers to support campaigns and events.
- Review and complete final checks before promotions are published to ensure they meet brand and operational standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Promotional Engine, ensuring all promotions function correctly and flagging any issues for resolution.
- Assist in coordinating product launches and work in collaboration with all stakeholders to get new product launches live by due date.
- Ensure competitions are clearly signposted and easily discoverable across digital channels to drive engagement and participant sign-ups.
- Understand customer journey online and off site to ensure online assets meet requirements.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the Content Platform to ensure all published content adheres to The Good Guys’ design standards, legal requirements and site usability principles.
- Support the team by documenting and sharing ideas to improve work processes, helping the wider publishing and marketing teams work more efficiently
- Assist with the publishing and checking of all digital catalogues on third-party platforms, ensuring they are live by the required start dates and uploaded in the correct priority order
- Conduct daily checks of the website to ensure customer journeys are working as expected
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital publishing or promotion setup, preferably within a retail environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Contentful is an advantage
