Position: 12 months Fixed Term
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Working in the Nomination team creating and allocating files on the case management system to be held within the company. Receiving rejected files from internal legal teams and completing them within service level agreements. This includes sending out relevant letters to all involved parties. Making outgoing telephone calls to obtain further information. Receiving incoming telephone calls from Clients/Third Parties and answering their queries. May also be required to provide general administrative support, through delivery of files/paperwork, closing down files for the fee earning teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring that they always act in line with the Data Protection Act, SRA Code of Conduct 2011, and the Lexcel Manual.
- Ensure that they achieve their objectives and keep an accurate log of all work completed.
- Working together to print a high volume of New Instruction emails within SLA’s.
- Ensuring an accurate log is kept of all incoming work.
- Securely Logging into various Client’s databases & portals to print all documents.
- May also be required to assist other functions within the Business Support Unit, with any of the following tasks:
- Administrative support
- Taking and making calls for information.
- Closing files on the case management system
- Sorting & distributing post, which may include transporting files between our Bolton offices
- Assisting Reception
Working Hours: 35 hours per week 9am-5pm Both, home based work and in office work required.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 5 or more GCSE Grade A-C Including Maths & English
- Basic Outlook experience
- Competent IT user
- Must be able to demonstrate basic standards in numeracy and literacy
- Ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
