Your role
As a Compressor Engineering Specialist, your mission is to drive innovation and excellence in developing and refining products, components, equipment, systems, technologies, and processes. You will embed sustainability into our product design by committing to science-based targets and ensuring our products serve this mission. Additionally, you will drive the development of standard design practices and actively contribute to improving team knowledge, fostering a continuous culture of technical learning and growth. Reporting to Core Engineering Manager, you will be at the heart of groundbreaking engineering projects.
You will
- Work with internal departments to improve engineering processes, product performance, reduce costs and quality costs, improve throughput, and simplify product.
- Review manufacturing drawings and designs for active sales orders.
- Create and maintain engineering training curriculum and engineering tools.
- Provide technical support, propose repairs, and documentation of engineering components.
- Perform or assign testing tasks related to software changes, act as a key user for CAD, BOM, and document storage systems.
- Own the industry standards specification review, provide one-off and standard comment and exceptions.
- Analyze quality and safety test results to guarantee compliance with both internal and external standards.

- You have at least 7 years of experience, working with materials, tolerances, and mechanical system design.
- You have at least three years of experience with PTC Creo or other design software.
- You hvae CAD and BOM experience with large assembly management.
- You are familiar with detailed engineering drawings and GD&T.
- You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
