Overview:

The Senior Recruiting Manager – Mobile Driver Services provides leadership, support, advocacy, and vision. This position delivers in all areas of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and extending candidates offers for clients identified utilizing Centerline’s Mobile Driver Services Division. The Senior Recruiting Manager- Mobile Driver Services ensures that drivers presented for hire meet Centerline Hiring Requirements, DOT Requirements, and any applicable account specific hiring criteria.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a point of contact and builds influential candidate relationships during the recruitment and selection process. Initiates contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings.
  • Represents the organization in community or industry groups and programs. Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs / hiring events.
  • Performs client visits / driver visits as needed. Ensures a positive customer service perception. Promote Centerline’s reputation as a “best place to work.”
  • Takes all incoming applicant calls and provides information on Centerline and Mobile Driver Services job opportunities.
  • Manages internet recruiting tools (i.e., CareerBuilder, Indeed, Tenstreet) daily.
  • Sources candidates via social media, resume databases, applicant tracking system, etc. daily
  • Prepares recruitment collateral and posts jobs to appropriate sources
  • Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
  • Confirms applicant appointments the day prior and follow-up on appointment no-shows daily
  • Performs verification of previous employment on applicants based on work history provided.
  • Manages applicant process to ensure all applicants are processed within 72 hours.
  • Searches for new and creative recruitment sources.
  • Works with the Mobile Driver Services team to prioritize focus. Works directly with VP – Mobile Drivers and Recruiting and meets with him or her weekly to discuss the accounts responsible for supporting.
  • Maintains communication with the Mobile Driver Services team through a combination of client update reports, email, and verbal communication. Attends Mobile Driver Services meetings with clients as scheduled.
  • Works with Centerline Recruiting Managers across the country to coordinate on communication in their territories as necessary. Weekly reports on recruitment activities, applicant flow and hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related recruiting, staffing and/or transportation experience
  • Ability to market and sell the company’s attributes to external candidates
  • Demonstrative success in developing and maintaining professional contacts  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office:  Word, Outlook, Excel. Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System preferred
  • Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of management and employees
  • Experience developing and utilizing behavioral based interviewing techniques
  • Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources/Recruiting regulations
  • Valid driver’s license and a car that can be used for work
  • Bilingual language skills a plus

 Salary Range: $66,216.09 - $82,770.11 annually, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
