Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) is one of the largest independently owned Mortgage Banks in the nation. The company is experiencing exponential growth in 2025 and will for many years to come. We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual who can lead as Non-QM Business Development Manager to educate, train, and support our Account Executives and Brokers/Clients on PRMG's Non-QM Product offerings. This role will be focused on educating, training, and supporting our TPO sales professionals on Non-QM products, and acting as a subject matter expert on Non-QM products for our brokers/client.

Responsibilities:- Work with PRMG's Account Executives to help train and educate them on Non-QM products
- Meet with Brokers/Clients for PRMG's TPO/Wholesale channel to educate them on PRMG's product offerings
- Assist Account Executives with sales meetings to help them produce more Non-QM Business for PRMG
- Act as a subject matter expert on Non-QM Products, and provide support for PRMG's Account Executives on Non-QM products, pricing, and strategies
- Experience with selling Non-QM products across TPO/Wholesale channels
- Experience training and educating sales reps on Non-QM products, pricing, and strategies
- Experience with developing Non-QM business across TPO/Wholesale channels
