We are looking for someone to join our People Team in the role of Recruiting Coordinator, Multifamily Operations, supporting Preferred Apartment Communities (PAC). This role will support all aspects of sourcing and hiring talent for PAC, including multifamily site-level and leadership roles, as well as corporate support roles. This team member will be integral in ensuring that our properties and corporate teams are staffed with exceptional talent to maintain top-tier resident experiences.

What you will do:
Help us to deliver a best-in-class talent acquisition experience for hiring managers and candidates
Support the full-cycle recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing logistics across multiple time zones.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance with hiring policies.
Source candidates
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Manage competing priorities with high attention to detail.
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across internal and external platforms.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and source effectiveness.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels to build strong, diverse pipelines for current and future roles.
Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation.
Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation logistics.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
What you should have:
2+ years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a high-volume environment such as (but not limited to) property management, hospitality, retail, or related fields
Ability to manage multiple roles efficiently, balancing competing hiring priorities
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, connecting with candidates and hiring teams
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to travel occasionally on an as-needed basis

Base Compensation Range:
$75,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
