You deliver and develop detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insights with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency and consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts. You also provide leadership to direct reports and work collaboratively across sales.
How You Will Contribute
You will be a key player in driving sales effectiveness within the DACH region by:
Leading Sales System Implementation: You will spearhead the implementation of new sales systems and solutions tailored for the DACH market.
Developing Business Solutions: You will develop and implement impactful business solutions, leveraging sales systems to optimize processes within DACH.
Managing Sales Master Data: You will take ownership of master data management for sales, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across DACH.
Overseeing Data Interfaces: You will manage and administer data interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow within the sales ecosystem for DACH.
Configuring Systems: You will skillfully configure existing tools and systems to adapt to new environments and evolving requirements within DACH.
Managing Hardware Rollouts: You will oversee the efficient roll-out of new hardware for the sales team in DACH.
Providing Support and Training: You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for sales systems and delivering effective training to users across DACH.
Leading a Team: You will lead and mentor a team of sales systems employees within the DACH region, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.
What You Will Bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
University degree in economics or IT-related fields
Proven sales or systems experience, or experience from sales-related areas (CP&A, Sales Operations, Finance).
Solid knowledge of the German and Austrian retail landscape.
Excellent knowledge of sales processes and associated tools and systems such as SAP ERP, PEGA, TPM, TPO, Image Recognition Software, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, IBP and CRM for retail industry.
Comprehensive project management experience, ideally from the IS area.
Extended technical understanding or affinity to manage complex reporting systems.
Fluent English and German skills.
