Position Summary
The Accounting and Logistics Specialist plays a key role in supporting the daily business operations of AllAccem US by performing both financial processes and logistics activities. This position is responsible for distributor orders, shipping, and inventory functions, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of accounting tasks including invoices, bill payment, and period-end close activities. The Specialist will serve as a cross-functional resource, ensuring that financial records remain accurate and compliant. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process distributor orders and ensure accurate entry into systems for timely fulfillment.
- Create shipping labels and coordinate with carriers to ensure correct and on-time delivery.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, following established procedures and compliance requirements.
- Generate invoices and distribute them to customers in a timely manner.
- Enter and process bills for payment, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals.
- Calculate inventory item costs and maintain accurate pricing records for financial tracking.
- Develop and maintain bills of materials to support production lot planning.
- Finalize financial records for each reporting period, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in office administration, accounting with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, and audit support
- Experience with order processing, invoicing, and calculating inventory cost.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience managing financial records, bills, and asset schedules is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, billing, and recordkeeping.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to calculate costs, reconcile records, and maintain accuracy in financial documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with distributors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving skills to handle order discrepancies, shipping challenges, or billing issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small team environment.
