Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing and hiring qualified candidates. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure the organization attracts top talent across all teams. The position is also responsible for matching the right talent to the right job, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals and networking events.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates, as appropriate, and manage offer negotiations and extension.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the application tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with company policies, labor laws, and diversity and inclusion standards.
  • Promote the company�s employer brand through networking, social media, career fairs and professional associations.
  • Other duties may be assigned; responsibilities may change.

Qualifications and Competencies Required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years� hands-on experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing, with exposure to filling a variety of roles and levels (from entry to mid-senior).

Education:

  • High school diploma and or/GED.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience with full lifecycle recruitment (from job posting to offer acceptance) in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates using various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS, CRM).
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ClearCompany, Workday, iCIMS).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR colleagues.
  • High-level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, hiring best practices and diversity recruiting strategies.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools/platforms.

Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to Auburn Hills, MI.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Experience - Auto finance industry experience.
  • Education - Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of work experience and certification.

Work Schedule This position is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence 2 days per week. The role also requires flexibility to work various shifts to meet business needs, typically between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed. Travel requirements are estimated at 0�10%.
