We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our large, fast paced endodontic practice. This role is central to strengthening and expanding our referral network of general dentists, managing large-scale marketing events, and driving effective B2B initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in building strong professional relationships, ensuring consistent brand presence, and supporting the practice’s growth strategy.

 

 

Schedule: Full Time, M-F 8:30am -5:00pm with occasional evening hours for special events 

 

Responsibilities:

Referral Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with general dentists and their teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Track and report referral trends, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement.

Plan & Run Events That Wow

  • Take the lead on organizing large-scale CE events, appreciation gatherings, and practice hosted functions.
  • Manage all details — from invitations and vendors to setup and on-site coordination — ensuring every event runs smoothly and feels unforgettable.
  • Keep our brand front and center in every detail.

Drive Marketing Efforts

  • Create and share B2B marketing content that resonates with dental professionals (emails, newsletters, social media, and more).
  • Collaborate with our team to brainstorm new ways to connect with and support our referral base.
  • Keep marketing materials polished, professional, and always up to date.

Support Practice Growth

  • Help identify new referral opportunities and share creative ideas for outreach.
  • Maintain CRM records of activities, events, and partner interactions.
  • Report on what’s working and where we can grow.
Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or B2B relationship management (healthcare or dental industry experience a plus)
  • Ability to travel locally for events and referral partner visits

Preferred Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a relationship-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.

The salary range for this role is $16-$21 per hour.
