Your Role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented team player to join our dynamic team based in Meanjin (Brisbane – Eight Mile Plains). This is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days a week — offering you the flexibility to balance work and life while contributing to meaningful outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
•    Managing and processing renewals
•    Making outbound calls and engaging regularly with members and internal stakeholders
•    Preparing and maintaining accurate reports
•    Navigating a variety of internal business processes
•    Applying complex decision-making in risk assessments and the enforcement of policy conditions

We’re after someone who can work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. You’ll have a curious mindset, a drive to grow, and the confidence to take on ad hoc tasks as they arise.

About You


We are looking for someone who is agile and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate:
•    Demonstrated experience in customer service 
•    A background in reporting is preferable 
•    Strong phone communication and professional  phone manners
•    An analytical mindset with solid attention to detail 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly excel 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
