Description
The Executive Coordinator provides high-level administrative support and serves as a trusted partner in managing the CEO’s priorities, communications, and strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The Executive Coordinator will provide support in managing the CEO’s calendar and correspondence, while also executing special projects that advance organizational goals.
Requirements
Inbox Management: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence; ensure timely follow-up on critical matters.
Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Manage complex scheduling, including internal and external meetings; anticipate needs and prepare briefing materials.
Special Projects: Assist with executing strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects as assigned by the CEO, often requiring cross-departmental coordination and independent problem-solving.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and a high level of trust.
Operational Support: Coordinate travel logistics, process expenses, and support administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5–7 years of executive-level administrative support, ideally in a corporate or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong project management skills with experience driving initiatives from concept to execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
