This includes ensuring that all reporting deadlines are met for quarterly completion rate reporting and field campaigns. They will also support the Field Campaign Specialist by taking on their share of dealer inquiries. Furthermore, this role will become familiarized with safety, emissions, and radiofrequency regulations and take on questions relating to future products/technologies. %26nbsp;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe RCS provides second-level support for Product Compliance and guides first-level agents on admissibility for import/export inquiries. The RCS may also at times work with the Customer Relations team to address customer concerns or other duties as assigned by National Manager, Government %26amp; Regulatory Affairs (NMG%26amp;RA). Mercedes-Benz Star skills, requirements & traits:
Business Management Degree / Business Administration Degree
4 years of experience working in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, communication skills, problem solving, process-oriented, highly driven to deliver outstanding customer service.
Good understanding of legal topics and strong ability to work with regulations.
Strong business acumen
Fluency in German and/or French language an asset.
