 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

                    Provide feedback

                    Complete daily Comp/Embed Audit

                    Hotel Audit

                    LEX Tax Summary

                    Complete daily audits assigned

                    Run daily reports

                    Morning flash reports/Pickup

                    Complete guests’ disputes

                    Verified Drop/Box Office/IG Folders

                    Write exceptions/Review all responses

                    Research any variances

                    Answering the phone

                    Check Grand University

                    Know all Gaming Audits (Slots, Cage, Tables, Box Office, Special Events) be proficient with little help from supervisor or manager

                    Complete non-gaming audits proficiently.

                    Help verify for Month End uploads

                    Tips for payroll

                    Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

                     Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

                    Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Outlook.

                    Ability of simple reading, writing, math, and complex task completion skills is required.

                    Must have the following skills: clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, instructing, precision                            working, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making.

                     Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.

                     Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate’s degree in finance or accounting or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

 

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES

Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting and occasionally standing, walking, reaching overhead, and bending over during the duration of their shift.

 Must be able to occasionally lift/carry 50lbs or less.

  The team members will constantly have repetitive use of both hands and require constant light grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required.

 Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work performed indoors, alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others on extended shifts around computer equipment and other electrical devices.  The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.  Team Member may be exposed to secondhand smoke.
