Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprentice – Cray & Norton

We’re on the lookout for a confident, driven, and enthusiastic apprentice to join our busy sales team as a Junior Estate Agent. Apprenticeship Summary:


  • Salary: £7.55 an hour
  • Working Week: Monday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Wednesday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, (1-hour lunch). Saturday, 9.00am - 3.30pm (30 minute lunch).
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors 
  • Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship standard qualification 
  • Location: 323 Lower Addiscombe Road, Addiscombe, Croydon, London, CR0 6RF


The Role:


We’re looking for a confident, driven, and enthusiastic Junior Estate Agent to join our fast-paced sales and rental team. If you’re competitive, love talking to people, and get a buzz from closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career in property. Main Duties:


  • Assist in the sale and letting of residential or commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and accompany clients.
  • Register new applicants and match them with suitable properties.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants via phone, email and in person.
  • Support with listing new properties, including taking photos and creating marketing materials.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors.
  • Update and maintain property databases and CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Shadow experienced agents to gain industry knowledge.

The successful candidate will be:

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
  • Confidence in dealing with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic IT skills (MS Office, email, etc.)



Training and Development:

 

As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme. This will typically include:

 

  • Study towards a relevant qualification, Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Diploma.
  • On-the-job training and mentoring from experienced professionals.
  • Regular review meetings to track progress and development.
